How to Juice Herbs?

Can you please enlighten me on how do I juice parsley and mint?

Here is what our resident chef, Robert Bathgate, says:

"For the two herbs (if they are not using vast quantities) I would suggest what chefs do: in a blender or food processor blend washed (with excess water shaken out) mint or parsley, scoop into a clean kitchen cloth or tea towel (an old one would be better because the juice stains the cloth) and wring out liquid into a bowl.

"If one desires quarts of liquid then one should look at purchasing a mechanical juicer."
