Cilantro, How Long Does it Last?

Cilantro - if you buy a big bunch of it, how long does it stay good in the crisper in your fridge? I’ve had some in mine for two weeks and I’m not sure if I should continue to use it - or should I throw it out and buy some more. It LOOKS ok.

If fresh cilantro (also known as leaf coriander) still looks, smells and tastes fine after two weeks, then we don’t see any problem using it. Cilantro is often sold with the roots of the plant intact. The roots help to keep the leaves fresher.
