Facial Tremors

I am suffering from what doctors are calling facial temors. A nerve in my upper lip twitches uncontrollably. If I put something in my mouth it helps and the tremors are much less severe. This has been going on for over one year now. Can you suggest any herbal remedies?

Your doctor may be able to give you some information on what is causing your facial tremor. In most cases of nerve damage, the herbal approach would be to improve circulation to the affected area, to support the nerves and to reduce free radical damage with antioxidants such as vitamins C and E. It is important to continue to consult your doctor.
