Buying and Preparing Herbs to Stimulate Female Sex Drive

I am in a desperate situation and the question in "Female Sex Drive" fits me to a "T". I and that person’s girlfriend must have been separated at birth. I would believe that except I am a twin.

Anyway, I am 30 (31 in three days) and in good health. I don’t smoke, drink, or eat red meat or pork. Everything else is medium in consumption, fish, poultry, I exercise, aerobic, jog, play tennis.

My problem, a fiancé that loves having sex, I don’t think his sex drive will decrease so I have to increase mine.

Susan I am emailing this to you as you responded to the question from Toby.

The herbs you suggested to him, how do you consume them? Is there a mixture a Richters that can be bought? Is there a concoction in pill form or do you drink them as a tea?

Regarding herbs suggested to stimulate the female sex drive: You may be able to purchase prepared capsules or tinctures at a health food store that contain a mixture of some of the herbs noted for stimulating the female sex drive.

Richters carries most herbs in dried form. They can be purchased through the online catalogue.

Siberian Ginseng, Damiana (Turnera diffusa) and Fenugreek can be purchased in health food stores as capsules or tinctures.

Cayenne pepper, anise, cardamom and ginger can be purchased in the spice section of a grocery store, or in a bulk food store. You may be able to purchase fresher, organic spices at a health food store.

Cayenne pepper and fresh ginger root can be used in cooking. Fresh parsley ( use no more than 2 tablespoons a day) can be used in salads and in cooking.

A tea can be made by combining ginger, cardamom and anise. Simmer half an inch of peeled, chopped fresh ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of crushed cardamom seeds and 2 crushed anise seeds in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes. Strain and drink.

Fenugreek seeds are most effective taken a tea. Simmer 1-2 teaspoons of crushed seeds in a cup of water for 15 minutes. Strain and drink. The cooked seeds may be eaten. Ground Fenugreek seed can be used in cooking.

The essential oils of Ylang Ylang, Patchouli and Jasmine can be purchased at health food stores. To use them, add a few drops of the essential oil to 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and massage into the skin, or use the oils in a diffuser.
