I am constantly tired and it is difficult for my body to fight infection. It seems like I am always getting yeast infections. I took the right measures and got tested for everything that I could think of, everything is fine. What could I take or is there anything that will prevent the process of yeast infections or help my body fight infection better? I am sick and tired of taking antibiotics.

It is important that you minimize sugars and yeasts from your diet as well as taking herbs to get rid of the yeast infection and strengthen your immunity. For information on diet and herbs for yeast infections, please go to our website at http://www.richters.com, choose "Q&A" from the main menu, then choose "Search Richters Q&A", and enter the word "yeast" for one search, and "candida" for another search.
