Infertility

I need to find out if any of the vitamins I’m taking shouldn’t be taken with the others. I am currently taking daily doses of Dong Quai, Siberian Ginseng, Echinacea, Folic Acid, and Vitex. Several of these I am taking because I have been trying for nearly 2 years to get pregnant and had read that a couple of the above listed items would aid in that cause. I had been on clomid with no success. Can you tell me if I am taking the right combination or if I should add or stop taking any certain herbs?

The herbs and supplements that you are currently taking are generally okay, but it is most important that you first determine possible causes for your infertility, and strengthen your system using diet and supplements. Herbs should be used to balance your body by supporting systems that are showing weakness. An experienced natural practitioner can give you guidance on possible causes of infertility, nutrition and supportive herbs for your unique system.
