Rick is there any information on using hydrangea root to help with back pain. I was told it was a good thing to take for this? Is there any danger of it interacting with perscription drugs in a wrong way?

Hydrangea root is an old remedy used by the Cherokee Indians to remove gravel and stones from the urinary tract. It is still an important herb for this use today. It is used to relieve back pain caused by kidney problems. Being diuretic, it is inadvisable to use it with diuretic drugs. It is unlikely to interfere with any other type of drug.
