I take 120mg of armour thyroid for hypothyroidism. Sometimes I retain water. I order these water pills that have buchu in them. Can I use them with thyroid medications?

Buchu (Barosma betulina) is a safe, antibacterial diuretic. I know of no reason why they should affect thyroid remedies.

Diuretics should not be taken long term, as overuse can cause kidney damage. Better alternatives in the long term are: increasing water intake to 6-8 glasses daily, minimizing the intake of salt and soy sauce in cooking and in prepared foods, and drinking a cup of dandelion "coffee" (available at health food stores) daily or when required.
