For the past 2 years I’ve been weak, tired, dizzy, loss of appetite. No matter how much sleep I get I’m always tired. I’m always weak. Somedays I can’t even lift up a glass of water. I used to work out everyday but I can’t do it anymore. I’m just so weak I could fall to the floor and pass out if I tried. Are there any herbs that could help or do you have any idea why?

It is important for you to visit your doctor and ask for a complete check up including blood tests that include thyroid function. There are many types of imbalances that can cause your symptoms. You may do yourself harm by taking herbs and supplements without knowing the cause of your problem. If you do not get results from your regular doctor, or if you wish to treat your doctor’s diagnosis with natural medicines, you should consult a medical or clinical herbalist or a naturopath who will do a full assessment before making a recommendation.
