What do you think of the above appetite suppressant?

I’ve been taking all of them, and they are pretty expensive and I really don’t see much weight loss but it has reduced my appetite cravings.

Do you think as expensive as it is, I should continue; my liquid is just about gone and it costed $49.99. and supposely 100% certified. The Hoodia XT capsules costed $39.99, and the Wu-long Tea, a carton was about $50.00, plus I have to pay shipping and tax.

Wu-long, or Oolong, tea is a semi-fermented type of tea. All varieties of tea – green tea, black tea, and oolong – are made from the same species of plant, the tea shrub, Camellia sinensis. As far as I know, wu-long tea does not have any weight-loss benefits over green tea. Both black and green tea are diuretic, helping weight loss associated with water retention. Black and green tea also help with weight reduction by improving fat metabolism. The polyphenols, strong antioxidants, are responsible for most of the health benefits. The proportion of polyphenols is higher in green tea.
