I would like to know what I could do for my middle part. My doctor said I was in my early part of menopause I am 49. I go to ymca and do walking. I’m also on Nexium, Crestor, Effexor, Micardis this is all new to me. I have some people are taking some herbs and they really are happy with it. So maybe you could help me.

The medications you are taking for heart burn/acid reflux, high cholesterol, depression and high blood pressure as well as the weight gain specifically around your middle, suggests that you have a significant amount of stress in your life or your body is not copying with stress very well. Furthermore, menopausal symptoms are usually caused by swings in blood sugar levels that are usually from either stress or from poor eating habits.
