Do Swedish bitters help in lowering blood pressure and blood sugar levels? What are the possible negative impacts>

There are many causes of high blood pressure. Poor diet and digestion are two suggest examples. Digestive bitters are very effective at helping to improve poor digestion as well as increase elimination. Some bitters have laxative herbs in them which after some time can be habit forming and as such is best to avoid those bitters.
