Arthritis and Alfalfa

I suffer from arthritis. Someone recommended alfalfa pills. Is there any evidence of this herb to help me.

Alfalfa is a nice blood cleanser, nourisher, improves digestion and is good for the blood vessels. As such it is very much indicated for use with arthritis. Traditionally alfalfa has a long history of use as a food as well as a medicinal plant and is considered to be very safe. I would recommend alfalfa tea than the capsules for arthritis.
