I am a mother of 2 girls, my 2nd daughter is 6 months. Lately my hair has been falling a lot and making me bald. I am 24 years old, and I would like to know what could help me. Please show me readily available Indian herbs to make my hair grow faster and longer.

What you are experiencing is low adrenal function from the depletion from pregnancy. A balanced diet that is high in a variety of mineral is essential, as is essential fatty acids such as flax seed and fish oils. Good sleep and gentle exercise is also needed. Herbs such as nettles, oat straw and alfalfa are helpful. As for Indian herbs, ashwaganda would be excellent as would gotu kola. 10 drops of rosemary essential oils can be added to 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup water can be poured over hair after washing it. Do not rinse the vinegar out. This is a scalp stimulant that can help to stimulate the hair follicles. However, if one is still depleted and lack good nourishment, the rosemary will not be very effective as the root problem is not being addressed.
