I’m interested in growing a garden for producing natural dyes. Do you have a list of those plants that could be grown in zones 5-6 that would fit that category. I’ve been hand searching through your catalog and have seen several, but don’t know if I’ve got enough info on what to buy.

There is a list of dye plants in the "Richters InfoCentre" section of our website. It is one of the "Richters InfoSheets".

Also in the "InfoCentre" is the "Richters Herb Growing Infobase" which has hardiness zones for all of the plants we sell.

Don’t forget that we also carry books on natural dyeing. The book, "A Dyer’s Garden", is an excellent reference for growing and using your own dye plants.
