I am interested in growing Panax ginseng C.A. Meyers variety from seed. Do you sell such seed or plants? If not, I would deeply appreciate any information that would steer me in the right direction. your asiatic ginseng seeds are listed as pseudoginseng. once again I am looking for Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer variety

According to the International Plant Name Index (www.uk.ipni.org) Panax ginseng and P. pseudoginseng are different species. But experts believe that what is grown and sold as Chinese, Korean or Asiatic ginseng is all in fact P. pseudoginseng. The botanical differences between the ginsengs are subtle so it is not hard to see how the names could ahve become confused. When you review the literature on ginseng you will find both names used to refer to the Asian ginseng of commerce, but we have chosen to use the one that is currently believed to be the correct one.
