Although, the juicy red appearance is what typically comes to mind when thinking of strawberries, this variety contradicts the norm! Don’t be fooled into thinking they are unripe as this unique variety produces an abundance of cream coloured berries all season long! Its colour is attributed to the lack of the protein Fra a1 that red strawberries contain, but at no expense to its flavour is sweet with a faint pineapple tang. Can be eaten fresh or used in jams. Its colour does not draw attention and for this reason, there is no need to worry about birds picking off the fruit! Can be easily grown by sowing directly outside in the garden bed, or in containers in part shade. 20-25cm.
