Substituting Fresh Herbs for Dry

Is there a chart somewhere that I can find the amount of fresh herbs to use in place where recipe calls for dry? I am new to herbs and am growing my own but need to know how much to use. Would love to hear from you.

To subsititute fresh herbs in place of dry, use about 3 times (i.e. 1 tsp dried use 1 tbsp fresh) as much fresh and add at the end of the cooking so you don’t lose the flavour. Adjust to your own taste. For a chart of herb usage, please visit www.yvonnetremblay.com and click on "Thyme in the Kitchen" and go to the Herb Directory.
