In spring 2009, we bought from you thyme (Purple carpet lemon). We are very satisfied and want to buy some more in spring 2012.> However, we have this question : Is it good to pass the lawn mower on the Purple carpet lemon during or after the flowering to scatter the seeds ?

I am assuming you want the seeds to form and have seedlings fill in spaces. Do keep in mind that the seedlings would not be identical to the parent. Do it in the fall after the first light frost. It takes a while to let the seeds mature enough to make them viable.
