I have hormonal problems, mood swings, depression, hot flashes. I am only 32 yrs. old and the doctors swear I am not going through the change early (which runs in my family). One minute I am happy and laughing and the next minute I am crying hysterically. I would like to try herbs if there are any that can help me, can you tell me which ones I need to take?

A mixture of the following herbs may help you:

* Motherwort - strengthens the heart and regulates the reproductive system

* Black Cohosh - regulates hormones and the nervous system

* St. John’s Wort - lifts the mood

* Sage - a circulatory stimulant good for hot flashes

One milliliter or 20 drops each of these herbs in tincture form can be taken three times a day.

Vitex agnus-castus regulates hormones from the pituitary gland where they are released. It should be taken first thing in the morning.
