Papaya and Garlic for Weight Loss?

I recently heard that taking papaya along with garlic is a quick way of losing weight. I have not seen much information on papaya. Have you heard anything on this? Is papaya safe when taken on a daily basis? What exactly does this combination do?

Papaya contains digestive enzymes, which help to process food efficiently, preparing it for elimination. Garlic prevents cholesterol build up by clearing fats from the blood vessels. As part of a healthy diet that includes lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, daily exercise and excludes refined and processed food, fried foods, artificial sweeteners, sugar, fatty meat and dairy products, papaya and garlic may help with weight loss.
