Detoxification with Swedish Bitters

I am in the process of detoxifying with Swedish Bitters and a Sunflower oil mouthwash. After taking the Swedish bitters, I have a smell of ammonia when I go to the bathroom. Is this or is this not a detoxification of the kidney?

Sorry, I don’t know the answer to this.
