Are there any particular herbs that should not be taken during pregnancy? In particular Red Clover.

Red Clover is not contraindicated during pregnancy. However, it should be used in small amounts, for example in a tea combined with other nourishing herbs such as Alfalfa, Nettle, Dandelion leaf and root, Red Raspberry leaf, Oat straw, Melissa (Lemon balm), Rose hips and Chamomile (Matricaria recutita).
