I’m looking for herbs that kill viruses. Can you help me?

Herbs that have anti-viral activity include astragalus, echinacea, eucalyptus, garlic, St. Johnswort, lemon balm, licorice and thuja. In herbal medicine, attention is paid to the general state of each individual person in order to strengthen their immune system resistance against viruses. For example, one may become susceptible to viruses when under stress, in which case one of the ginsengs may be considered. In hepatitis, we use herbs that strengthen the liver, herbs that are specific for the hepatitis virus like St. Johnswort and a general immune system enhancing herb like echinacea. The person’s diet is important, especially intake foods like sugars and unhealthy fats that decrease immunity and foods that are high in vitamin C and essential fatty acids, which enhance the immune system.
