Over the last couple of months I have noticed that I have begun to develop some warts (They are different sizes, flat and a reddish color) on my leg and hand and elbow. I only have two on my hand and elbow and have not developed any more. On my leg however I have noticed that they are spreading. I used to only have a couple now I have six. I was thinking that the spreading is due to the fact that I shave my legs. I was wondering if I need to be concerned and also if there is anything I can take to get rid of the warts.

Since warts are caused by a virus, it is possible that the shaving is a factor in the virus spreading on your legs. You may pick up the virus with the razor from one area and deliver it to another area on your leg. Warts should be treated both externally and internally.
