I was in a all natural store earlier today and asked for something to help my anger. They told me to take [a proprietary product]. I went home and looked on the internet and could find nothing about it. I was wondering if you could help. Is it natural and safe to take with St Johns wort’s?

We cannot comment on proprietary products. Your product contains the herb kava kava. There is information on your product on the internet. Use www.google.com as your web browser, and type in the product name for the search. If you need more information on the product ingredients, you need to contact the manufacturer or distributor of the product.

Kava can be used with St. John’s wort. Kava should not be taken for more than 3 months. It should only be taken in the dose recommended on the product literature. For more information on kava kava, please see our website at www.richters.com. Choose "Q&A" from the main menu, then enter "kava"for the search.
