Do you have any information on the effect of natural bee honey taken by an adult with type II diabetes?

Honey has the same effect on diabetics as sugar, because it is converted into glucose. In a good diet for diabetes, a little honey or sugar is allowed. Honey is preferable because it is a whole food.
