I would like to know if there are herbs that help to burn fats in the body.

You can burn fat by increasing your metabolism. Assuming that you have good dietary habits (lots of fruit and vegetables, no sugar, fried foods or junk foods) the reason that you are not "burning fat" as quickly as you would like could be a metabolic or hormonal imbalance.

Many of the "diet pills" currently marketed increase the metabolism in an unhealthy way, not considering the underlying reason for an inability to burn fat. If the metabolism is increased quickly, without providing the nourishment required for increased energy, serious health problems can result. If the underlying causes of a faulty metabolism are not considered, the "fat" problem will return after you discontinue the diet pills.
