I would like to add that stress, blood sugar regulation and liver function are the three key issues that need to be addressed when it come to hirsutism. Stress and blood sugar regulation because of the hormonal effects it causes and liver function because of how it is needed to reduce excess hormones of any kind from the system. Nervines such as valerian, scullcap, catnip, lavender and vervain can be used. Bitter herbs such as burdock, dandeliion, barberry and yellow dock cn help stimulate the liver. Cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and kale and can also help with improving liver function. Drinking lemon juice in your water is a good idea. Blueberries and cinnamon are two excellent foods that help to regulate blood sugar levels naturally.
