How do I remedy a dry vagina in menopause?

However, I would like to add that vaginal dryness is a common complaint for many women especially during menopause. Vaginal cream or suppositories can be made to moisten and help restore normal endometrial tissue of the vaginal linen thus reducing the pain and discomfort during intercourse. Infused oils can be made from herbs such as valerian root, black cohosh, wild yam, calendula, chickweed, marshmallow and/or chamomile. Beeswax and/or coconut oil and cocoa butter can be added to make the necessary consistency.
