I am only 54 years old. I also had West Nile in 2003. I was very sick in the hospital for 5 or 6 days with a temp of 106.4 temp. I have lost a lot of my memory and hearing. Is there any herb to help me with my brain and memory.

Nerve tonics would be the first place to start. Make a tea using equal parts of St. John’s wort, oatstraw, nettles and lemon balm. This can be drank three times per day. It is also important to add essential fatty acids such as flax seed oil, fish oil, walnut oil, and/or hemp oil to your diet. A daily B complex supplement would also be important.

Brain exercises are indicated here as well in an effort to retrain the brain to learn and work around the areas that have been affected. The following are a few websites that can help you in this regard.
