Is ginger good for someone who has a problem with her balance?

Well, it depends on the cause of the balance problem as there are several causes such as inner ear troubles or adrenal deficiency to name a few. Ginger can be used in combination for balance problems if it is inner ear related as it is a good circulatory stimulant, however, it is not the first herb I would reach for.

My experience, most chronic balance issues are related to adrenal deficiency and therefore that should be addressed. For information on adrenal exhaustion, please see: http://www.richters.com/qa-search.cgi?search=adrenal
