Can you tell me which herb has been selected as Herb of the Year for 2004. I’d like to include that information as part of an article that I want to write in our local horticultural society yearbook and who knows, if I can, I may even include a recipe or two featuring the selected herb.
The International Herb Association has chosen garlic as its Herb of the Year for 2004. In honour of the Herb of the Year, Richters is adding four new garlic varieties for 2004. Check our website in January for details of all of our new herbs.
